This antibody labeling kit is designed for various applications, employing a FlexLinker (small polypeptide with conjugated dyes) to label unconjugated primary antibodies. Excess FlexLinker is neutralized by a FlexQuencher (Fc-containing fragment). The kit includes a PBS-based FlexBuffer and is compatible with primary antibodies in common carriers like BSA, up to 50% glycerol, and sodium azide.

- Specific for mouse IgG1 reactivity, using biotin as the conjugate.
